- Free Delivery: Free delivery is available across Pakistan on orders of Rs. 4,999 or above. Orders below Rs. 4,999 may be subject to applicable delivery charges.
- A confirmation or delivery notification may be sent by the courier service via SMS.
- On the expected delivery date, please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive the parcel.
- If you are unavailable, you may arrange for a family member, colleague, or another trusted person to receive the parcel on your behalf.

International Delivery
Made4u may offer international delivery depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.
- International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination country, city, parcel weight, and applicable courier charges.
- International orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days after order confirmation and dispatch.
- Any custom duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier procedures.
- The final shipping cost and delivery details will be communicated to the customer before the order is dispatched, where applicable.
